«Արծվաշենը Հայաստանի տարածք է, Քյարքին՝ ոչ»․ Փաշինյանը՝ անկլավների հարցի մասին
Այսօր լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անդրադարձել է անկլավների վերաբերյալ հարցին՝ նշելով, որ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը խաղաղություն են հաստատել 1991 թվականի Ալմաթայի հռչակագրի հիման վրա:
Փաշինյանի խոսքով՝ հենց այդ հիմքով և համապատասխան քարտեզներով է իրականացվել սահմանազատումը Կիրանցի հատվածում։«Այդ քարտեզների վրա Արծվաշենը Հայաստանի տարածք է, Քյարքին՝ ոչ»,- ասել է Փաշինյանը։
Նա ընդգծել է, որ անկլավների հարցը դեռ պետք է լուծվի, սակայն դրա համար ռազմական ճանապարհ չի դիտարկվում։«Դա փակված էջ է։ Պետք է լուծել այնպես, որ այն հարմար լինի երկու երկրների քաղաքացիների համար»,- հայտարարել է Փաշինյանը։
