Current Status of Political Forces Submitting Documents to the CEC
Today at 6:00 PM, the deadline for political parties to submit their applications to participate in the parliamentary elections on June 7 will end. CEC spokesperson Seda Ghukasyan just listed to reporters all the political forces that have submitted their document packages to the CEC up to this point.
According to her, the following parties have submitted applications to participate in the elections:
- “Civil Contract” Party
- Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK)
- Republican Party of Armenia
- “I am Against Everyone” Democratic Party
- “Strong Armenia” Alliance
- “Democratic Unity” Party
- “Enlightened Armenia” Party
- “Wings of Unity”
- Armenian National Democratic Pole Party
Today, the “Armenia” alliance also submitted an application to the CEC. It should be noted that 23 political forces have obtained the necessary forms from the CEC.
As a reminder, the registration of electoral lists will be completed by May 3, meaning that by May 4, it will be finally clear how many political forces have the right to participate in the elections. Officially, all lists will be published on the CEC website by May 6.
Election campaigning will begin on May 8 and will continue until June 5 at 24:00.
