The housing program for displaced persons from Artsakh continues: announcement
The application process for the housing program for families displaced from Artsakh is ongoing. This information has been provided by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
The program is being implemented through one of the following support mechanisms: provision of a certificate for purchasing an apartment (right to buy an apartment from a newly constructed building) or acquiring an individual residential house, issuance of a certificate for the construction of an individual residential house, support for the repayment of an existing mortgage loan.
The value of the certificates is as follows per one family member: 5 million drams if you purchase or construct your house/apartment in one of the 242 urban and rural communities (the list can be found through the following link), 4 million drams if you purchase or construct your house/apartment in any other regional community of Armenia outside the mentioned 242 communities, and 3 million drams for the city of Yerevan (excluding the 1st and 2nd districts of Yerevan).
