France to Limit Ukraine's Arms Purchases Outside of the EU
France intends to restrict Ukraine's purchases of weapons outside of the European Union, according to a report by Euronews.
The French government plans to limit the duration of exemptions that allow Ukraine to buy arms with European loans from outside the EU. The measure concerns the €90 billion Ukraine Support Loan financial mechanism that EU countries have approved for 2026-2027.
