The Kotayk Regional Prosecutor's Office filed lawsuits with the Anti-Corruption Court on August 7, 2026, seeking to invalidate a number of property transactions and auctions related to Gagik Tsarukyan and affiliated individuals.

In the first lawsuit, the Prosecutor's Office demanded the invalidation of an auction concerning a plot of land belonging to 'Firma New' LLC located in Arinj Mall, which was auctioned on October 4, 2015. This land, measuring 3.5 hectares, is listed as non-transferable under Article 60 of the Land Code. The lawsuit also seeks to annul a contract signed on October 2, 2025, between Gagik Tsarukyan and 'Firma New' LLC regarding the contribution of real estate as a non-cash deposit to the company's charter capital.

By the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court on August 19, 2026, the lawsuit was accepted for consideration. On the same day, the court granted the Prosecutor's motion for interim measures, prohibiting 'Firma New' LLC from taking any actions regarding the 3.5-hectare plot of land in the village of Arinj, Abovyan community, Kotayk region.

In the second lawsuit, the Prosecutor's Office sought to invalidate the auction of a land plot for a private house owned by Gagik and Javahir Tsarukyan in the village of Arinj, conducted on January 26, 2003, as well as the sales contract signed on February 15, 2003, between Aramik Sedrakyan, Gayane Sedrakyan, and Gagik Tsarukyan for 12.566 hectares of land, and another sales contract from March 14, 2013, between Aramik Sedrakyan and Gagik Tsarukyan for 1.61 hectares of property, applying the consequences of invalidity. This lawsuit was also accepted for consideration by the Anti-Corruption Court on August 19, 2026. Additionally, the court approved the Prosecutor's motion for interim measures, prohibiting Gagik and Javahir Tsarukyan from undertaking any actions regarding the aforementioned properties of 12.566 hectares and 1.61 hectares.
