One Missing Person Found Following Floods: New Details

One person missing due to the floods has been found. This was stated by Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Gnel Sanosyan.

“Last night, we were also able to bring the appropriate equipment towards Akhtala, where five of our settlements were cut off due to the collapse of bridges. Here we had a 5.5 km field road, which we are now paving with concrete to make it passable until we restore the bridges. In total, we have 17 bridges that have collapsed,” the minister noted.

Currently, 1,000 residents in Tavush and 2,500 residents in Lori are without electricity, and there are also settlements experiencing either complete or partial gas supply interruptions.

The person who was reported missing and has now been found is the guard of the “Atorik” restaurant, journalist Hratchya Papinyan announced on his social media page.

The found citizen is safe and sound.
