Video: We Are in Parliament, Not in 'KVN' - Arthur Khachatryan to Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration
During a session of the National Assembly, Arthur Khachatryan, a member of the 'Armenia' faction, questioned Armen Simonian, the Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration, about the trend in the number of official vehicles in Armenia.
The deputy minister replied that he could not provide specific numbers at that moment, but that the relevant figures were indicated in the government's corresponding decision. He advised the opposition deputy to open the draft decision and familiarize himself with the numbers, promising to present that statistical data in numerical form during the second reading of the bill.
Arthur Khachatryan responded that he was well aware of his responsibilities. 'Keep your hopes to yourself, we are in Parliament, not in 'KVN.' Please tell the presenter to show respect and understand where he is,' Khachatryan expressed his irritation.
