Open the Lachin Corridor: Arthur Abraham

World-renowned Armenian boxer Arthur Abraham has called for the opening of the Lachin Corridor. He stated, “Since December 12, 2022, a severe humanitarian crisis has developed in Artsakh due to Azerbaijan's blockade of the Lachin Corridor. The Lachin Corridor is the only lifeline connecting Artsakh to Armenia and the rest of the world. 120,000 innocent civilians are struggling for survival amidst shortages of food, medicine, and other vital supplies.

30,000 children, 20,000 elderly, 9,000 individuals with disabilities, and 2,000 pregnant women are calling for help, yet the world remains silent. The bitter reality of starving people constitutes a humanitarian disaster that demands immediate action. I urge the United Nations and the civilized world to intervene. Open the Lachin Corridor,” Abraham’s message reads.
