Video: The Summer Hall of the 'Moscow' Cinema Will Be Restored While Preserving Its Historic Appearance

The Yerevan City Hall has launched a project for the restoration and modernization of the 'Moscow' cinema's summer hall.

City officials have announced that the plan is to fully maintain the original historic appearance of the outdoor hall while also incorporating modern solutions.

The area has already been cleared of unnecessary structures. Currently, preparatory work for the project is underway, alongside a comprehensive study of the technical condition of the structure. Specialists are also assessing the foundation's condition and the building's seismic stability.

The City Hall expects that the building, designed by architects Spartak Kntheghsyan and Telman Gevorgyan, will once again become one of Yerevan's key cultural centers after its restoration.
