Three Minors Assault Another Minor and Publish Video Online

The investigation into a case of violence committed by a group of minors against another minor has concluded at the Ararat regional investigative department of the RA Investigative Committee. According to the committee's data, on June 13, 2026, three minors met the underage victim in an area adjacent to a church upon prior agreement.

The investigation found that they struck various parts of the girl's body, pulled her hair, insulted her, and recorded the incident on a mobile phone, subsequently disseminating it online.

Public criminal proceedings have been initiated against the three minors, charged with hooliganism using information and communication technologies. Measures such as educational supervision and a prohibition against leaving have been applied to them.

The criminal case has been sent to the supervising prosecutor with an accusatory conclusion.
