From Today, Another 5000 Electric Vehicles Can Be Imported to Armenia with Customs Duty Exemption
From today, August 21, a government decision has come into effect allowing for the customs duty-free import of an additional 5000 electric vehicles planned for 2026. This was reported by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia.
Of the additional quota, 4500 electric vehicles are designated for individuals, individual entrepreneurs, and legal entities. The remaining 500 units are intended for importers who have a dealer-distributor agreement with the auto manufacturer directly.
