Azerbaijan Sues CNN
Azerbaijan has filed a lawsuit against CNN in a federal court in Delaware, USA. The reason for the lawsuit is CNN's publication on June 5, which claimed that Israel used Azerbaijani territory to conduct military and intelligence operations against Iran.
The Azerbaijani side demanded that CNN retract the information and make corrections to the publication. According to Azerbaijani media reports, on June 6, 23, and July 2, Baku sent official letters to CNN, but reportedly did not receive a response.
Subsequently, Azerbaijan filed a lawsuit in court.
