On August 10, a newborn girl found on Halabyan Street has been named Sose. The person who left the child has not yet been located, and the police continue their operational and investigative measures. This was announced by Kamo Tsutsulyan, the head of the National Police of the Republic of Armenia, during a press conference.

“The newborn was placed and left; in this regard, we still need to continue our work, and we have yet to identify the person who abandoned the newborn. I hope we will find them in a short time,” Tsutsulyan stated.

It is noteworthy that on August 10, at 20:43, the National Police's operational management center received a report about a newborn baby wrapped in clothing near building 13 on Halabyan Street. The newborn was immediately taken to a medical center. The baby was born prematurely outside of hospital conditions and had respiratory issues. She was found in a frozen state, but the doctors managed to stabilize her condition.

Regarding the adoption of the child, this process cannot be carried out solely based on someone's desire. Since the child has just been discovered, she is currently not eligible for adoption.

The police continue their efforts to locate the person who left the child.
