Ghost of Malishka Still Not Found

The masked individual causing unrest among residents in Malishka, Vayots Dzor, has yet to be located. Search operations are ongoing.

This was stated by the Chief of Police Kamo Tsutsulyan during a press conference summarizing the results of the first half of 2026, in response to a journalist's question regarding Malishka's 'ghost.'

“We are aware of the situation in Malishka, and we are working on it. All units of the police are involved in locating the individual in question. We will inform the public once the person is found,” Tsutsulyan said.

When asked why the search efforts are prolonged and why the individual alarming local residents has not yet been found, the police chief responded that such situations can occur.

Earlier, Shamshyan.com reported that a disturbing situation had developed in Malishka for some time. According to residents, a masked unknown individual appears during nighttime, throwing stones at residential houses, damaging windows and doors, and engaging in intimidating actions.

The police continue their efforts to locate the individual.
