Multi Wellness Company Files Lawsuit Against Cadastre Committee
The Multi Wellness company has filed a lawsuit against the Cadastre Committee, demanding to invalidate the decision to terminate their rights and transfer the property to the jurisdiction of the Yerevan Municipality.
The Administrative Court, presided over by Judge Herminee Muradyan, has accepted the case and requested that all materials related to the cadastre case of the property at 11 Alek Manukyan Street, Yerevan, be submitted to the court within two weeks of receiving the order.
A court hearing has been scheduled for February 16, 2027, at 2:30 PM.
On August 5, Multi Wellness had already filed another lawsuit against the Yerevan Municipality, seeking to invalidate the decision to unilaterally suspend the transaction.
