Operation of the 'AMAR' Restaurant Complex Suspended

Specialists from the Territorial Division of the State Inspectorate for Urban Planning, Technical and Fire Safety conducted a fire technical study at the location of the 'AMAR' LLC restaurant complex, located at 35 Zorapi Street, Yerevan.

The fire technical investigation revealed and recorded more than ten violations of fire safety regulatory documentation requirements at the specified location.

Considering the existence of the noted violations, the head of the Inspectorate made a decision to fully suspend the activities of 'AMAR' LLC until the identified violations at the facility are rectified.

Based on the recorded violations, and pursuant to the decision made by the head of the Inspectorate on August 3, 2026, measures have been initiated within the framework of the enforcement proceedings at the Enforcement Service, leading to the sealing of the facility on August 17 of this year until the identified violations are resolved.
