Zakharova Expresses Concern Over Kyiv's Provocations Against Zaporizhzhia NPP
The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed deep concern regarding the ongoing provocations by Kyiv toward the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant (ZNPP). According to a statement from Maria Zakharova, the official spokesperson for the Ministry, published on the department's website, there is significant worry regarding the aggressive and malicious actions of the Kyiv government.
It has been noted that almost daily attacks on the plant and its personnel continue to provoke situations that pose a real threat of a nuclear disaster in the heart of Europe.
The foreign policy agency also reported that on the morning of August 18, a public transportation stop in Enerhodar was hit, resulting in 1 death and 15 injuries.
