We Have Differences with Donald Trump: Benjamin Netanyahu
The Prime Minister of Israel has stated that he has differences with Donald Trump regarding mechanisms for resolving the situation in Gaza. According to Benjamin Netanyahu, Hamas must be fully disarmed before any reconstruction efforts in the Gaza Strip can commence.
Earlier, the Peace Council initiated by the American side confirmed that Hamas has officially committed to disarmament, which will be followed by the withdrawal of IDF forces from Gaza. Israeli officials have stated that this does not align with the interests of the Jewish state, and military operations should continue until Hamas is completely neutralized.
Amidst ongoing attacks in Gaza and Israel's stance, Egypt, Turkey, and Qatar have issued a joint statement condemning Israel for violating the ceasefire. These countries have called for Israel to ensure the protection of civilians, medical personnel, and humanitarian missions, and have urged the international community to pressure the Jewish state.
Hamas has also declared that the goal of Israel's attacks in the Gaza Strip is to obstruct agreements reached with mediators, including the U.S. administration. The Palestinian movement has called for immediate action from mediators.
