Romania's National Team Conducts Protest Against the HFF Leadership
The ultras of Romania's national team, Uniti sub tricolor, carried out a protest during the match against the Cyprus national team in support of our struggle against the HFF leadership. This was reported on Facebook by the First Armenian Front group.
As a reminder, on October 13, 2024, the Armenian national team suffered a 0:2 defeat to North Macedonia at home, effectively eliminating their chances of securing first place in Group C of the league. Shortly after the match, the resignation of head coach Oleksandr Petrakov was announced.
Following the game, representatives from FAF (First Armenian Front) gathered outside the Armenian Football Federation building, demanding a meeting with the HFF leadership, who did not come out for the meeting.
Since that day, numerous protests demanding Melikbekyan's resignation have taken place, with support from several clubs in the Armenian Premier League.
