VIDEO: If We Used Administrative Resources, Would We Have 12% Instead of 5.78%? Avinyan

The candidate for the mayor of Yerevan from the Civil Contract party, Tigran Avinyan, discussed the issue of using administrative resources during a conversation with journalists.

“If we had used administrative resources, wouldn’t we have had 12% instead of 5.78% by 11 AM? Of course, we would have. But those times are long gone,” he stated.

During the Q&A session, Avinyan also addressed incidents of multiple citizens being registered at the same address. “There’s no logic in accusing us, because I believe we will be able to go to the elections and see what percentage of those people actually went to vote. It has nothing to do with us. According to my information, there was a large group engaged in car sales, and there was someone who registered them,” he said.
