VIDEO: Azerbaijan Tries to Coerce Us by Accumulating Troops, Says Allen Simonyan
“Baku is trying to exert pressure on Yerevan by accumulating troops near the border, periodically shelling Armenian positions, and invading our territory,” said the President of the National Assembly of Armenia, Allen Simonyan, during a conversation with reporters.
“By amassing forces along the borders and periodically conducting attacks against Armenian positions, Azerbaijan is attempting to impose certain conditions on Armenia,” he emphasized.
According to Simonyan, as long as the people support the government, the Armenian side will remain steadfast in the negotiation process.
