Armenian Athlete Becomes Judo Youth European Championship Bronze Medalist

The student of the Gyumri Youth Sports School, Ashik Andreyan, has become a bronze medalist at the Youth European Judo Championships. This was reported by the Armenian Judo Federation.

The competition for youth began on September 7 in The Hague, Netherlands. On the very first day of the competition, Ashik Andreyan, competing in the 60 kg weight category and representing the Gyumri Sports Public Organization (SPO), achieved four victories, securing the 3rd prize position and winning a bronze medal.

On September 8, athletes in the 73 kg and 81 kg weight categories will compete.
