Russia's Foreign Ministry Calls on Yerevan for Negotiations
The Russian Foreign Ministry has stated that partners typically address arising issues through negotiations rather than public statements, especially when there is a desire to resolve them amicably. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Usually, before making public statements, partners come to the negotiation table to practically discuss existing problems and concerns. This is particularly true if, as noted in Yerevan, there is a wish to find a solution through friendly means, the ministry reported.
“In general, before making public statements, partners usually sit around the table and engage in practical discussions about existing problems and concerns. Especially if there is a desire, as they say in Yerevan, to find a friendly solution,” the ministry said.
