Armenian Foreign Minister Ready to Meet Turkish Counterpart
We are interested in a successful outcome of dialogue with Turkey. This was stated by Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan during a joint press conference with Norway's Foreign Minister.
“I have no objections to such a meeting; I am ready for a meeting. I hope that such a meeting can yield significant results,” said the minister in response to a question about the possibility of meeting with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu.
Mirzoyan noted that both parties need to take serious steps towards establishing diplomatic relations and opening borders.
