G7: 'We Are Committed to Ensuring Iran Never Produces Nuclear Weapons'

The G7 countries have agreed to work together to ensure that nuclear weapons do not appear in Iran. This was announced following a meeting of foreign ministers today.

"We are committed to ensuring that Iran never produces nuclear weapons. We express our support for the restoration of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action. The best way to limit Iran's nuclear program remains through diplomatic means," the statement from the G7 foreign ministers' meeting reads.

It is worth noting that the G7 includes Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
