Armenian Athlete Wins Against Azerbaijani Competitor at International Muay Thai Championship
During the international Muay Thai championship held in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, Artsakh athlete Vladislav Petrosyan triumphed over Azerbaijani Ojan Ahmadov. This information was conveyed by Artsakhpress, citing a post from the Artsakh Martial Arts Association on Facebook.
Also sharing the news was the association's coach, Alex Agabaleyan, who noted that throughout the tournament, our athletes faced Azerbaijani competitors three times and emerged victorious on all three occasions.
It is noteworthy that the Armenian national Muay Thai team traveled to Georgia alongside the Artsakh team, consisting of 20 athletes, to participate in the championship taking place from July 1-4.
