Drivers Urged to Exercise Caution and Adhere to Speed Limits in Designated Area
The Road Department of the Republic of Armenia informs that the relevant road markings have been completed on the M-2 interstate highway at kilometers 24-25 (near Artashat). A noise mitigation zone has been established to minimize the risk of traffic accidents in this hazardous area.
In this section, the maximum speed limit has been reduced from 100 km/h to 80 km/h, and subsequently from 80 km/h to 60 km/h before the completion of the turn. Drivers are urged to be attentive while passing through this area and to not exceed the allowed speed limit.
