Prime Minister Threatens to Strip Property; Sirusho: I Will Create Again

The singer Sirusho has made a statement regarding recent events, expressing gratitude to those who have supported her. She also addressed Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's comments about property.

"The Prime Minister of the country threatens me by stating that he will strip me, us, and our children of our property. The values of my life neither start nor end with property. It is pointless to scare me with that. I have been working since I was 7 or 8 years old. If you destroy what I have created, I will create something new," Sirusho wrote.

It is noteworthy that on the morning of August 25, masked agents from the National Security Service conducted searches at the home of Levon Kocharyan, a member of the Parliament's 'Armenia' faction and Sirusho's husband. MP Mesrop Manukyan reported that three minor children were also present in the house at that time.

On the same day, a search was also conducted at the office of 'Sirusho Production', owned by Sirusho. After the investigative actions, the doors of the office were sealed. According to published information, another organization operating in the same area was also placed under restrictions.

Investigative actions were carried out at addresses associated with Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan and his family members. It was later reported about the arrest of Robert Kocharyan and his elder son, Sedrak Kocharyan.
