Canada is One of the Worst Countries in the World for Business, Says Trump

Donald Trump has labeled Canada as one of the worst countries in the world for doing business. “This is one of the worst countries in the world that you have to deal with. And it's been that way for many years,” he stated during an interview with Glenn Beck.

The American president also emphasized that the U.S. does not need a large portion of Canadian products and can source them from alternative suppliers. “They don’t have anything that is vital to us. I mean, there are a few products that could create some inconvenience, but we can get them from other places,” Trump added.

At the same time, The Guardian reports that a trade war with Canada could lead to rising prices for paper products in the U.S. Although many products are made in the States, American manufacturers are heavily dependent on Canadian raw materials.
