If a person's surname is Konjoryan, they have those powers and privileges: Anna Grigoryan on Konjoryan's brother

Anna Grigoryan, a member of the "Armenia" faction, addressed the parliament regarding an incident involving the brother of the parliamentary deputy candidate Haik Konjoryan, claiming that the latter had been driving near another person's house, insulting and threatening them for a long time.

According to Grigoryan, during this time, Konjoryan's brother was accompanied by officers from the patrol service, which she considers to be an incomprehensible privilege.

"Can someone explain how it turns out that just because this person's last name is Konjoryan, the patrol is following him around and protecting him at a time when he goes to threaten another family?" the MP stated.

Anna Grigoryan also asserted that the authorities were aware of the incident, but according to her, no action was taken until the matter became a subject of public discussion. She indicated that only after that did the Investigative Committee initiate the appropriate proceedings.
