Call for Netanyahu to Stop Strikes on Gaza
Senior representative of the Peace Council, Nikolay Mladenov, met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and called for an end to the strikes on the Gaza Strip.
According to sources, Mladenov and senior adviser of the Peace Council, Arye Lightstone, reminded Netanyahu that Israel had agreed to halt the strikes as part of the commitments made under the 20-point plan proposed by U.S. President Donald Trump.
“Mladenov and Peace Council senior adviser Arye Lightstone met with Prime Minister Netanyahu and requested him to cease the strikes in Gaza, as Israel had promised when it agreed to President Donald Trump’s 20-point plan,” the source reported.
