Prosecutor Demands 7-Year Imprisonment for Hrayr Tovmasyan
The Prosecutor's Office is demanding a 7-year prison sentence for former Constitutional Court President and judge Hrayr Tovmasyan. This information was confirmed to NEWS.am by the Republic of Armenia's Prosecutor General's Office.
The prosecutor made a closing argument, requesting that Tovmasyan be found guilty and sentenced to 7 years of imprisonment. It is important to recall that Tovmasyan is accused under Article 308 of the RA Criminal Code for abuse of official powers.
