Car Falls into the Internal Channel of Hrazdan River; There is a Casualty

Today, on November 16, a Mercedes-Benz vehicle veered off the roadway and fell into the internal channel of the Hrazdan River, resulting in an injury. This information was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

It was noted that the alert regarding the accident was received at the National Crisis Management Center at 13:29, and a firefighting and rescue squad from the rescue service of Yerevan was dispatched to the scene.

"It has been established that a Mercedes-Benz vehicle (driver: R. M.) went off the road and fell into the internal channel of the Hrazdan River; there is an injured person," the report stated.

The rescuers extracted the injured individual from the Mercedes-Benz vehicle (driver: R. M.) and brought them to an ambulance. The driver has been hospitalized. The rescuers also disconnected the vehicle from the power supply and used special equipment to remove it from the channel.
