Criminally Obtained Artsakh Flag Found in Little Mkhitar's Cradle, Lawyer Mocks

The search of Garik Galeyani's house, the father of Mkhitar Galeyani who died during the 44-day war, has concluded. This was reported by lawyer Vahan Hovhannisyan on his Facebook page.

"The search has ended. A criminally obtained Artsakh flag, an emblem of the Republic of Armenia with the image of Mount Ararat, an Armenian Apostolic cross, and a certificate of the Armenian Church were found in little Mkhitar's cradle. It is not excluded that the question of filing charges will be discussed," wrote the lawyer.

It should be noted that Garik Galeyani was arrested today. The Investigative Committee’s spokesperson confirmed this information but did not provide details, promising to release a statement later.

The lawyer mentioned that Galeyani has been charged with possession of narcotics. He stated that his client does not accept the charges and considers it a political persecution.

We also reported that the home of Mkhitar Galeyani’s parents, who died during the 44-day war, is being searched.
