Armenian Wrestlers Win Two Silver and One Bronze at Bulgaria Memorial Tournament

Wrestlers Rudik Mkrtchyan (55 kg) and Hrachya Poghosyan (63 kg) have won silver medals at the Dan Kolov and Nikola Petrov wrestling tournament currently taking place in Sofia in Greco-Roman style.

Rudik Mkrtchyan lost in the final to Turkish wrestler Adem Burak Uzun, while Hrachya Poghosyan was defeated by Abu Muslim Amayev, representing Bulgaria.

87 kg competitor Vigen Nazaryan also became a bronze medalist in the tournament.

Meanwhile, 67 kg wrestler Slavic Galstyan and 77 kg wrestler Malkhas Amoyan have reached the finals, where they will compete for gold on March 5.

In the semifinals, Slavic Galstyan won against Turkish wrestler Fulcan Yıldırım with a score of 9:5, while Malkhas Amoyan defeated Ukraine's Elmar Nuraliyev 6:1.
