Gymnast Arthur Davtyan Wins Second Consecutive Gold Medal at World Cup
Member of the Armenian gymnastics team, Olympic bronze medalist, and world and European champion Arthur Davtyan has won his second consecutive gold medal at the World Cup.
In the final of the individual apparatus vault event of the second stage of the World Cup held in Doha, Qatar, Arthur Davtyan scored 15.083 points and took first place. Davtyan had also won a gold medal at the first stage of the World Cup held in the German city of Cottbus.
Meanwhile, the other members of the Armenian men's gymnastics team, Arthur Avetisyan and Vahagn Davtyan, finished fourth and eighth, respectively, in the rings event at the second stage of the World Cup in Doha.
