Tragic Collision Involving Ford, Turkish-Plate Bus, and Ford Tow Truck Claims One Life
Today, on February 4, a major and tragic traffic accident occurred in the Aragatsotn region. This information has been reported by the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia.
At approximately 10:20 AM, on the Yerevan-Gyumri highway, in the administrative territory of Kosh village, a collision took place between a Ford tow truck, a Ford passenger vehicle, and a passenger bus, a Mercedes Travego with Turkish license plates.
A firefighting-rescue unit from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has been dispatched to the scene. As a result of the accident, one person died at the scene, and four others with varying degrees of body injuries were transported to the Ashtarak medical center.
The police and investigative department are working to determine the identities of the drivers, the deceased, and the injured.
