VIDEO: There Are Still No Toilets in Azerbaijani Schools, Azerbaijani Blogger Releases Footage

Azerbaijan, an oil and gas-rich country, still lacks toilets in its schools. In a video released by Azerbaijani blogger Suleyman Suleymanli, a boy is seen crying because he cannot go to the restroom. The teacher announces that she will not go to work and the children will not attend class until 3-4 toilets are constructed in the school.

“But there is a photograph of Aliyev in the room. Now do you understand that the money from oil and gas is going into the pockets of the Aliyev family, not into the pockets of the people for education,” Suleymanli added in his Twitter post.
