The State Minister of Artsakh, Ruben Vardanyan, addressed the people of Artsakh during a Facebook live stream, expressing gratitude for their calm and resilient acceptance of the current situation and their ability to overcome difficulties.
"90 percent of the people are responding to the situation appropriately and calmly, but there are a few stories I want to mention without naming names," stated the State Minister.
