What Armen Grigoryan and Arthur Tovmasyan Discussed

The "Hraparak" newspaper reports that the delegation headed by the President of Artsakh will be received today, October 14, in the National Assembly of Armenia. The Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, has expressed his readiness to meet with the delegation upon his return from Moscow.

It is noteworthy that the delegation includes the Speaker of the National Assembly Arthur Tovmasyan, Foreign Minister Davit Babayan, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Relations Vahram Balayan, advisor to Araik Harutyunyan, and former Foreign Minister of Artsakh Masis Mayilyan.

The spokesperson for the Speaker of the National Assembly confirmed this information during our conversation yesterday, noting that the exact time of the meeting is still uncertain. Yesterday, Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan met with the delegation led by the President of the Artsakh National Assembly, Arthur Tovmasyan, and provided details on the negotiation process.
