VIDEO: "You're Creating Unnecessary Tension," Kocharyan to the Judge

During today's court session for Robert Kocharyan and Armen Gevorgyan, two motions were presented: one concerning the change of Robert Kocharyan's detention measure and the other regarding Armen Gevorgyan's absence from the country.

The judge announced that they would first move on to the examination of evidence and only then discuss the motions. The defense expressed disagreement and requested a recess for consultation, but the judge denied the request, stating that they could consult quietly in the courtroom. Following this, the defense attorneys left the courtroom without permission to consult.

The court noted that the defense left the courtroom without consent. "You're creating unnecessary tension," Robert Kocharyan told Judge Anna Danibekyan.
