Armed Attack in Istanbul Leaves Three Dead

An armed attack has occurred at a law office in the Kartal district of Istanbul, resulting in the deaths of three people and injuries to two others. The assailant has been apprehended, and an investigation is underway to clarify the details of the incident.

According to reports from RIA Novosti citing NTV, the incident unfolded as Ahmet Salih B., the head of a local government body from one of the districts of Yalova, went to the lawyer's office with relatives to resolve a inheritance issue. A dispute broke out among the relatives at the law office, leading B. to draw a weapon and open fire on them.

No employees of the law office were harmed. Following the gunfire, the man fled the scene, but both he and the weapon were subsequently found. He has been taken to the police station, and an investigation has commenced.
