Video: A Street Fight Could Break Out Here, Says Prime Minister During Visit to Gyumri
During a visit to Gyumri, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan addressed the poor condition of road construction, pointing out that the sidewalks are damaged, inhibiting citizens from moving around properly. He emphasized that such a situation could not be seen in any European country, to which LHK MP Sarik Minasyan responded, “This is still a glory.”
Gyumri's mayor, Samvel Balasanyan, reprimanded Minasyan, stating that he talks too much, while one of the attendees nicknamed the MP “klauznik.”
This incident angered Pashinyan.
“Whoa, come on people, now a street fight might break out here, just calm down, what a thing! Are you going to act like this in my presence?” Pashinyan exclaimed, before the situation was defused.
