Major Fire at Logistics Center in Saint Petersburg
According to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, a major fire that broke out at a logistics center located in the Kolpino area of Saint Petersburg has spread over an area of 82,000 square meters. The incident has been classified at the fourth degree of complexity.
The situation is significantly complicated by strong winds and a lack of water supply. The Ministry reports that various goods and products are stored in the warehouse. Preliminary information indicates that there are no casualties.
The agency states that the fire originated inside the warehouse, while the exact causes of the ignition are still unknown.
