The West is Attempting to Incite Protests in Russia Ahead of Elections, Lavrov
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has stated that the West is encouraging Vladimir Zelensky and his entourage to take actions against Russia, allowing ways to harm peaceful civilians with the aim of inciting panic and protests ahead of the State Duma elections.
In an interview with the "Vesti" information system, Lavrov emphasized that Zelensky and his clique are being provoked and pushed towards actions against Russia, enabling increasingly despicable methods that harm peaceful residents of Russia. According to him, this is done with the hope of inducing panic, fostering protest sentiments, and disrupting the normal course of life, especially in the lead-up to the State Duma elections, which they are observing.
Lavrov also added that the West, which is currently at war against Russia "through the hands of the Ukrainian regime," is mainly waging war through the bodies of that regime, while the West's own hands are stained by equipping the anti-people regime with weapons and modern technologies.
