What Changes in the Housing Provision Program for Soldiers: The Government Adopts a New Decision

The executive body has made a decision regarding the acquisition of real estate aimed at meeting the housing needs of soldiers. The adopted decision creates the possibility of including renovation costs of acquired residential properties in the mortgage loan program.

The maximum amount of credit resources allocated for renovation within the framework of state support is established, and the scope and duration of the mortgage agreement parties are clarified.

According to the justification, the law has provided for the inclusion of targeted expenditures in the housing provision mortgage program for soldiers who have graduated from military training institutions and have been appointed to military positions.
