Ukrainian Drones Strike Wildberries Warehouse in Yekaterinburg, 800 Evacuated

Ukrainian drone strikes hit the Wildberries warehouse located in Yekaterinburg on the morning of August 7, resulting in a fire, reported Denis Pasler, the head of the Sverdlovsk region, on Telegram.

According to Pasler, eight drones were destroyed by the Russian Ministry of Defense forces, with three crashing in the vicinity of the logistics center. Fortunately, there were no casualties, and firefighters are currently working to extinguish the fire.

Artyom Zhokh, the presidential envoy to the Ural Federal District, informed on Telegram that 800 people have been evacuated from the logistics facility.

Wildberries has stated that the fire has been contained. In recent weeks, warehouses owned by Wildberries in various regions of Russia have repeatedly come under attack.

In response, Russia has also launched strikes on Ukraine, with reports indicating that a recent attack in the Sumy region targeted a market, injuring 10 people, two of whom are in serious condition.
