The Prosecutor General's Office Issues a Statement
The State Interests Protection Department of the Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit with the Anti-Corruption Court on January 23, 2026, demanding the annulment of the real estate sale agreement signed on December 27, 2008, between the Scientific Research Institute for Seismic-Resistant Construction and Structural Protection LLC and Jermuk International LLC. This information was reported by the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia.
According to the statement released by the agency, "On April 14, 2026, the court approved the agreement of reconciliation between the parties, according to which the Republic of Armenia will regain the basement area of 51.9 square meters of Building 7, Agayan Street, Central Administrative District, Yerevan, and a land plot of 0.082262 hectares."
