Lavrov's Joke About Armenian Radio

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov referenced diplomatic methods in a recent interview with public television, recalling a joke about Armenian radio.

Armenian radio was asked, ‘What is diplomacy?’ The response from Armenian radio is (there are several variations, but the most decent one is this) – diplomacy is the art of sending a person to the right place but doing it in a way that he eagerly awaits the journey.
