Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Issues Statement on Negotiations
The spokesperson of Iran's Foreign Ministry has stated that the American side is not demonstrating goodwill in the negotiation process, and there is still no decision regarding their participation.
In response to the question of whether the Americans had previously agreed to participate and then changed their mind, the spokesperson emphasized that they have never declared an intention to attend, only to later breach obligations, which is characteristic of the United States.
According to him, the US constantly changes its approaches. “We have never said that we would go, and then violate our obligations, as the US usually does. They (the Americans) are constantly changing their positions,” stated Baghaei.
